FILEtracs is an RFiD-based software
package designed by Compu-Power, Inc. as a real-time tracking tool to locate and manage Documents,
Files, Folders, Binders, and other important records. Documents can be tracked by location and/or
by current owner.
FILEtracs verifies that personnel, equipped with ID
cards, are authorized to check out documents from a central records library and return them to various
RFiD enabled locations throughout the facility.
The FILEtracs
software package consists of a PC-based server portion and a client portion for mobile devices. The
mobile client portion runs on Intermec Technologies Corporation's rugged 700 series mobile computers,
utilizing the Intermec IP3/4 RFiD interrogator. |
